John and John are so happy with the way overhanging eaves are looking

Rockwool is laid, it is in fact much harder than one would think, all little gaps have to be filled but wool mustn't be squashed or it will loose its insulation properties.

Viking windows measured and ordered

After much discussion with Alex and a visit to Poole, we have ordered windows, cream (natural was going to be too expensive) with red front door - nearly the Swiss colours..
John R has now lined all openings and it feels much warmer.

Weeks 7-10.. One month later

Where has time gone? John had his operation on 26th Feb and is recovering nicely. John R and Mark have been chugging along and making house watertight. Well, nearly... And we have made time to walk along the beach
