The dust the dust!

And the noise too! Sandblasting ongoing by Steven (how he survives living under a tarpaulin surrounded by grit, all day long, is a mystery), I have sellotaped all small gaps into cabin, the deck is just like Compton Beach..

Meanwhile..

John Richardson is getting on with cladding Beach Cottage, it's looking so good!

Month off to attend to Wilhelmina's needs

Off to Kingston yard for sandblasting, epoxy paint and other delightful activities...

Sandblasting has started

Arrived in Kingston's Boatyard last Wednesday, moored by pontoon for the night with plenty of practice going in and out to make space for boats going in, culminating in entering backwards to the space where the lifting crane was.
Steve arrived midday Tuesday and started sandblasting. My goodness what a job! And what a mess! Sand absolutely everywhere despite our brave attempts at covering the boat with tarpaulin.
